New AIB Internet Banking - June

AIB would like to invite all our customers to try out the new AIB Internet Banking.

As you may have noticed there are now two different AIB Internet Banking log in options available on the AIB website (www.aib.ie/internetbanking).

One link will bring you to the existing AIB Internet Banking site and the second link will allow you to try out our new and improved AIB Internet Banking site.

Click on the “Personal log in” button under the “Check out what’s new with your Internet Banking!”, heading on the AIB Internet Banking page www.aib.ie/internetbanking, to log in to the New AIB Internet Banking.

You can log in to the new site in exactly the same way as you logged in to AIB Internet Banking previously.

Please remember when using AIB Internet Banking you will only ever be asked for the following when logging in:

• 8 digit Registration Number,
• Three random digits of your five digit Personal Access Number
• The last 4 digits of either your home/work/mobile phone or AIB credit card number.
  

AIB do not request any codes from your AIB Code Card to log in.

Before entering any secure information on the page presented to you, please ensure you have the correct URL/web address for the new AIB Internet Banking. The address is:

Old AIB Internet Banking Service

You should also note the old AIB Internet Banking service is still currently available to log in and use. This version of the service can still be found on the AIB Internet Banking page (www.aib.ie/internetbanking).

You should log in to the service as you have always done. Nothing has changed regarding the layout, look or log in procedure.

The web address for the old AIB Internet Banking remains the same. Before entering any secure information on the page presented to you please check the address is:

What should you do if you encounter something suspicious?

1. DO NOT give out ANY personal or security details including your Personal Access Code (PAC) or codes from your AIB Code Card.
2. DO NOT use this computer to access AIB Internet Banking or any other secure websites until you have contacted AIB.
3. DO immediately contact AIB Internet Banking on 1890 24 24 24 to check your account.
4. DO immediately contact alert@aib.ie to report this issue
