The Internet is now an integral part of our business and home life. While surfing and transacting online is convenient, it is important to be aware of potential risks.
AIB sponsored the "MakeITsecure" campaign for 2008 in association with the Irish Banking Federation. This was a nationwide campaign to provide basic information on the difficulties that may affect computer users and provide some easy and effective steps to keep safe whilst online.
The "MakeITsecure" campaign will help provide you with guidance on how to protect your personal information while using the Internet. It identifies common risks and offers solutions to these risks, so that everyone can enjoy a more positive and secure online experience.
