The Corporate Banking Real Estate Finance team provides a singular focus on Real Estate funding through offices located in Dublin and Paris and utilises the Global Corporate Banking Offices in various jurisdictions. We finance commercial property transactions in established and emerging markets across Ireland, UK, Europe and America, consistently adding value to each transaction. The funding can include Senior Bank Debt, Junior Bank Debt and Mezzanine finance.

We have funded transactions from EUR5m to EUR500m in prime locations and central business districts, in markets across Northern Europe, Central and Eastern Europe and the USA, consistently delivering the highest standards for our ever growing customer base.
