Non Bank Financial Institutions

AIB has an in depth knowledge of the funds sector, initially through lending to the Investment Trust sector and more recently specialist funds with either a geographic focus or a specialist asset class. Facilities are provided to traditional funds and to alternatives (private equity, property, hedge fund of funds, single manager hedge funds) both on and offshore.

AIB has a good level of understanding in the other segments of the Non Bank Financial Institutions sector and continues to conclude transactions in the Building Society, Broker Dealer and Speciality Lending sectors.

Core areas of business are the provision of loan and risk management facilities
