The AIB Debit Card is a combined payment card with Chip & PIN security technology. It lets you make purchases at Point of Sale (POS) and cash withdrawals at ATMs in Ireland and abroad. This credit card is specifically designed to meet the lifestyle of a full-time third level student. The AIB Student Plus Account is available to any person enrolling or currently engaged in any full-time third level educational course, which includes full-time post-graduate studies, with a minimum duration of one academic year.
Speak to a Student Adviser in your local AIB branch and apply for a new AIB Student Plus Account or convert your existing Current Account today. Alternatively you can fill out our Student Plus Account Application form available through our application form at the top of the page and drop it into your local AIB branch. Contact our dedicated Student Centre on 1890 788 336 for any financial assistance you may require. Our phone lines are open Monday to Friday 8am to 9pm and Saturday 9am to 6pm.
* This offer is restricted to first year third level students who open or convert to an AIB Student Plus Account between 19th May 2010 and 29th October 2010 inclusive and can only be availed of once by each customer.
